I recently had my engine die on me and had to make the decision of replacing the vehicle or replacing the engine. After weighing the options I decided to replace the engine. Paddy did an outstanding job in a very timely manner. I actually think what I now have is better than new. Very very pleased.

I had been going to a dealer I have since learned was cheating me. I tried Paddy’s on the recommendation of a neighbor and discovered honest mechanics who deliver on their promises. My air conditioner was not working. Dealer had told me I needed new compressor. They had added two times recommended amount of coolant to a/c which was choking compressor. Paddy’s checked this, then they revised their original repair estimate written based on dealer’s written repair estimate, reducing a list of things be done by $2,700. Not many mechanics would have been that honest I suspect. Certainly not the dealer who has cost me time and money this year. No one else will work on my car other than Paddy’s in the future!
These guys are always awesome. Took one of my vehicles in to get an alternator replaced. During the repair, they found some other issues that required another part. I got a phone call letting me know what the other issue was, and that they were already on top of it and wanted to make sure it was repaired as well. I trust these mechanics 100% and have never been disappointed with the price or the turnaround times.
He was able to take car in right away since engine light was on. Then diagnose and fixed quickly . It was not a problem when I asked Paddy what had been done and he explained to us in simple terms. Car continues to run good and no more light!

When I considered purchasing a new toy I was concerned about service as I live in a rural area of east Texas. The closest Jaguar dealer is a 2 hour drive from my house. I happened to talk to another Jaguar owner in a lumber yard and found out that he used Paddy's and was very happy with their service. On the basis of that recommendation I went ahead with the purchase and boy am I glad I did. The vehicle has been great but what was even better was that all the street talk about Paddy's was incorrect. I had heard that their service was good but expensive. As it turns out, I think their prices are very fair...even for oil changes. The good thing is that you don't just get an oil change but they thouroghly check out your vehicle when it is being serviced so you can drive with more confidence. Paddy's is the only auto service facility the I will let touch my
Jaguar.
